Jungle Surfing is a unique and exhilarating way to experience the beauty of the world-renowned Daintree Rainforest – a fun, educational, fully-guided, all-weather activity where your feet don’t touch the ground. Fly through the trees on flying fox ziplines, stopping at five platforms with bird’s eye views over the treetops, down to cascading streams and out to the Great Barrier Reef.

Itinerary:
7am - Commence pickups from Cairns accommodation.
7:45am - Depart Cairns. Travel to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia’s most scenic coastal drives.
8:10am - Commence pickups from Port Douglas accommodation.
8:45am - Arrive at The Wildlife Habitat. Join a guided tour and see the endangered cassowary and other wildlife, with the opportunity to have your photo taken holding a koala, snake or crocodile (extra cost). Breakfast or snacks available for purchase.
10:15am - Depart The Wildlife Habitat.
11:30am - Cross the Daintree River Cable Ferry and enter Daintree National Park, a magnificent wilderness region. Travel along the rainforest-fringed Cape Tribulation Road as your guide explains the area’s history.
12:45pm - Stop at Alexandra Lookout for magnificent views.
1:15pm - Stop at Floravilla Art Gallery & Ice Cream Factory for a Picnic Lunch.
2:30pm - Depart for Jungle Surfing - a unique rainforest tour where your feet don’t touch the ground. Fly through the trees on ziplines, with a bird’s eye view into the canopy and out to the reef.
4:30pm - Depart Cape Tribulation for return journey.
6:30pm - Arrive at Port Douglas accommodation.
7:30pm - Arrive at Cairns accommodation.
